5/13/24…I just got a 2023 f350 4 door long bed for work. Only has 2900 miles on it. Pulling a single axle trailer with a small scissor lift on it the temp on the dummy gauge climbs almost to the hot side.
Wasn’t fast enough to go into the digital readings to verify. That was on Monday this week… Has anyone ran into this issue before?

Fast forward to today… 5/17/24 i went for a lengthy drive with no trailer or anything and coolant digital readout got to 217 degrees. Is that a normal range or no? I know ford has tsb out for false gauge readings so I did that this morning at local ford shop.

Sounds a little high, but these newer trucks are designed to run hotter. What were the ambient temps?
