Replacement Filter For AFE?

Dually needs the air filter replaced after 4 years and multiple cleanings.

AFE Part # 24-91039

I see S&B has a replacement filter for this part #.

or I can go back with the OEM AFE filter.

I just wanted to know which flows better?

For the AFE filter which one flows better Pro Dry 5 , Pro 5R or Pro guard 7?

Pro 5R flows best. PG7 filters best

Pro 5R is not as restrictive as a non-oiled filter.

I wedged a CR-91036 S&B filter in my AFE 54-11262 CAI. Filter is absurdly large compared to the one included in the AFE kit. :thumbsup:

Big difference in air flow. With the clean AFE, I would keep sucking in the filter minder in higher gears when load was up, now it does not move. There is another side effect, I can hear the turbochargers far more now...stock compounds.

Does it flow as well as the 4" sewer pipe combo offered by No Limit? No, but flows well enough for me at this current point in time. I am sure that will suck your face in if you are too close to it.
