When is a HP turbo required?

So i've bought a RCD75mm and wastegate setup, i'm on stock fuel and will probably be that way for quite some time. When is a HP 59 turbo required? Will I have any issues without it, assuming its healthy?

What gains would I see with one?

it is required when you want more power. basically anything over 73mm is wasted on factory hp and stock fuel.

you'd probably grab 30hp with your setup
