I do 10k oci with synthetic oil. I'm ******d and got the truck at 275k now I'm at 335k with no issues. Runs perfect like the day I bought it.

I honestly have a friend all he does is work on fords and he sees 1-2 6.0 with failed lifters every other week. And some 6.4's. But i work on heavy duty **** so everything i see is usually caused by emissions. Id always been told 3-4k is best and just thought i spread the info.

we see maybe 5-10 a year between 6.0 and 6.4, but there are tons of shops in this area

it happens, don't get me wrong, but it's not something I lose sleep over with 5-7k mile OCI.

now, if trucks are idling all day and 5k miles = 1000 engine hours, then yeah...

That small spot inside is were I rubbed it to see if it might be alittle wet. Dry as a bone. Was in a CVS parking lot so the spots on the ground arent mine. There was a civic parked next to running that was putting way more exhaust out then i was not sure if his got in my video
