After a long 11mos (don't ask!) of truck being down she's back up & produced 650rwhp on H&s mild tune. I'm happy for now until a duel fueler/Lp system is added b/c rail pressure isn't holding. Truck runs great & spool up is instant but smokey so I just did a revise from GH & everything cleaned up well. Now I just need a run w/these files loaded & see my real potential. Lol
- "new used" block machined/balenced w/standard coated/delipped Pistons on stock rods.
-cometic gasket kit

reason for motor build, thumping sound that lead to a broken push rod after tuned for 15mos @ 61K miles.

Nice. Just did a very similar build on mine due to a bent rod. Great power numbers, mine definitely feels strong as well.

I lost my cruise control, it's a speed saver (truck moves to good what can I say) for me durning my travels!!! who do I contact GH due to customer tunes or just try a reload?

Chit I ran my GH revised tunes (closed course) on a few WOT pulls & was showing 27Kpsi rail when before in was hitting 23-24 & dropping. I wanna put a go pro on & It to see if it's holding now. but nice job G3ARHEAD thus far & cleaning the smoke. It had hase at ideal to Ccv routed in exhaust but very happy! :ford:

Question Guru's running coated piston temps, recommend ranges? Thanks

Truck runs like an APE, slight hase (I'm thinking ccv routed into exh). :pullover:

BUCKS on some excelerations. So I know I have to convince wife that these T-bars are needed too.. Another Dyno event on 10/3 I'd like to get on but working so maybe I can make something happen & run these GH tunes.

Just an update, added a Ad200/sump & holding rail much better. I know dual's are a must & that will happen at some point (bigger things in the works now) but she's an animal for sure. I'm dealing w/a one wheel peel & truck wants to go everywhere but other than that, love her! I ***'d  up 2nd week & punched her on a dewy morning getting on interstate & lost her (that's what I get thinking I can control her after 9mos of not) but fortunately just bumper, fuel cooler, rear side gaurdrail damage that's been taken care of. Stupidity got the best of me & gave me instant karma.. Hopefully a new dyno run soon but more fuel may just have to wait on the drag truck, 2nd child, new house to satisfy wifey.

These 6.4's are looking like a thing of the past as the 6.7's are NUTZ around here & love the power #'s everyone putting down!
