I'm putting my motor back together and was curious if anyone has the bolt length and spacer size needed for the 6.0 manifolds my old bolts I used in them before in the back kept backing out after every 10k miles I'm assuming because it wasn't clamping down enough without the spacers but maybe I'm wrong. So this time I want to try the correct hardware.

I don't have spacer length.

This is what I used for bolts:

6.0L Exhaust Manifold to Heads:
12-Point Flange Head Cap Screw:
Type 450 Stainless Steel, M8 x 1.25 Thread, 40mm Partially, Threaded Length, 170,000 Minimum Psi

Turbo to UP-Pipes:

12-Point Flange Head Cap Screw
Type 450 Stainless Steel, M8 x 1.25 Thread, 25mm Fully, Threaded Length, 170,000 Minimum Psi

Part# 3C3Z-9S425-AA - should be the OEM bolt for the 6.0 manifold
Part# 3C3Z-9A461-AA - should be the OEM spacer for the bolt.
I bought these thru Sunrise Ford a few years ago, the bolts were $0.96 each & the spacers were $0.52 each

Welcome . The spacers in my picture are OEM, so you should be set if you go with a 40MM bolt.

Only reason I didnt and dont want to go with the OEM bolts is because i want stainless hardware so that a few years down the road if anything needs pulled i dont have to worry about them rusting in and snapping off

These guys got it. I just pulled manifolds off a quite rusty 06 and all of them came out quite easily. Bolts had never been touched before.

One thing that people don't understand about stainless hardware is the fact that it won't rust, but it will corrode. Just as bad as rust.
