Advice 850hp-1000hp race truck build

why not get fly cut pistons if your doing all of that......

Hadn't planned on running a cam at first, and now already have an assembled short block. It just turned into one of those things. Oh 750hp will be enough. Maybe I want to go to 850. Ah hell lets just go for 1000. Oh boy what did I get myself into Lol.

so its assembled already or its not, last page you were looking at a stage 2 cam and now its assembled.....

if its not assembled i would get fly cut pistons, a stock motor can have valve contact with a stock cam

Short block is assembled, and after listening to what some of you guys have done i was considering swapping the stock cam with a stage 2 cam. We are running Carrillo rods not stock ones.
