Long story short my 467 ate itself. product of my own laziness. started bypassing a little oil, while waiting for the rebuild kit i drove down to rudys for spring opener, then hauled our big enclosed trailer back. by the time i go back and came into work the next morning, tailgate was covered in oil. sooo last weekend i snagged up the 472/87SXE we had sitting on the shelf, changed my pedestal base to our new updated style, and threw that big spinny thing on! it has a 1.10 housing, but shockingly is only about 100 rpm slower than the 467 i had before. so that's pretty cool. already blew a little hole in my stock intercooler, so that will get switched out soon. gettin real sick of the whole"chasing power" thing again. seems to be a revolving door of expensive broken parts. but it runs insanely good. and makes insane power. should have it on the dyno to get dialed in after we get back from UCC.
