How much better is the spool time going to be with the s467.7 over the s472? I have a s472 now and looking for better spool up since I DD the truck and most likely won't be adding fuel in a long time.

What really matters is turbine and housing size. What size housing were you looking at?

I'm not sure what mine is since it was on the truck when j bought it. But let's say they have the same size like a .9 and an 83mm. Also how big of a difference if the 72 had a .9 and an 87mm and the 67.7 has the .9 amd 83mm.

Id honeslty go with the 67. An 87mm turbine wheel will be quite laggy either way. And im running an s369 and its about perfect. People say the s472 with the 83 wheels are a pain as it is.

I've read from other people that it'll be hard to beat a 467 with 83/.90 on stock fuel. Spool is good and has more top end than a 366. But to get the best of both worlds a 369 is the way to go as far as spool and top end

Yeah I would like to go to a 369 but I'd have to change to much to go to the smaller frame. I want to go to the 67 but Im trying to make sure it's going to be worth the money. I've also been wondering what kind of difference a 2200 rpm stall would make.

I thought the only difference between a s300 and s400 frame turbo kit was the downpipe between the two?

It might be depending on the kit, but I know my pedestal is different than the ones I see from the current companies making single kits. So I might need to change pedestals which arent cheap and I would have to change cold air for the smaller size housing, and then the downpipe like you said.

Are you running more fuel? When does yours start making boost? I don't make any until about 1700-1800 rpm

It's still being put together but yes I do have dual pumps and nozzles, along with a 2200 stall converter

Are you talking to me? If so than that would probably work for me. My 472 has a billet(I don't think it's an fmw) wheel and a race cover also. I'm going to try and pull it this weekend to fix a fuel leak and I'll let you know the specs and take some pictures.
