Owner of an early '06 F-250 stock Crew cab with, of course, the 6.0. Have owned this since 2012. Initial issue was rough idle at times. Started using "Ford Cetane Booster & Performance Improver". That issue was resolved. Ford published results of nationwide cetane levels and found most were below minimum. Eighteen months ago, the alternator failed. First replacement from O'Reilly's was a dud, so I got to change it twice. This one outputs 12V so I trickle charge the batteries 4 or 5 times a year.
