Just picked up a 76mm precision what should i do

Like i said im picking it up from my buddy in a week for a great price. Now what i dont know is if i should just swap it out with my low pressure turbo or just run it as a single. Im wonder what other supporting mods. Ill need for either set up too. Ive got a CAC pipe and intake elbow not installed yet and a will be putting a lift pump on soon too. Truck is already deleted and studded and running custom sct tunes. Obviously im looking for the most power option

Do you know what model 76 it is?

I'm not expert, but I'd imagine single would make the most power?

I dont know how to make the attachments work enless this works

Sell it and buy a drop in form Elite, Midwest, Mpd or Rcd.

Could use Midwest diesels or MPD's single kit and mount it up.

How big is the turbine and what A/R is the turbine housing?

Morgans kit is the sh!t. Priced reasonably well too.

So this one wont work as lp replacement

anything will work if you have enough time and money.

it would not be worth it to make it an atmo. either use it as a single or sell it and get a drop in.


have you looked at the stock turbo setup on your truck?

Just going to be kinda spendy to attach it to your stk HP turbo.

Thats why they are saying sell it and get ya a drop in.

But if you want to.....the parts are out there to make it work.

That will not work without a bunch of fab work or using Elite's VGT adapter ($850) and slightly less fab work.

its a pain to use that larger frame atmo on top of the motor, lots of mods to make it fit. unfortunately you dont even get the full benefit of the precision turbo since its a cast wheel. If it were me i'd try to flip it.

too big on a dd, the turbine wheel is pretty big so it would be laggy.

Put i could get some good hp gains from that right? Ive heard people say over 700
