You doing all the figuring for stretch etc... or are you using something like bend-tech?

No I just have a perfect 90* bend that has a mark on it where the die starts and use that to mark the tube and it gives me a location to set it in the bender so the bend comes out exacty where I want it

That last photo really shows how far out those top lights hang out. Does that mount flex much when you hit bumps?

no not really its pretty solid. it will move alittle but not much

Here is the rear lights I'm mounting on the top of the bed cage. Pretty sweet set up!

this is what i have came up with so far. there will be straps going over the top that bolt to the tabs as well for roll over safety
