Here's a few pic's of Morgan's fuel bowl delete and a mini write up of my install.

1st off, everything is good - High quality pieces and we'll thought out.

This is a pic of what comes is the dual pump delete kit.

I had the turbos off so access to the hpfp was no problem.

In the kit are 4 AN adapters.

2 for the 2nd pumps feed and return ports.
1 for the feed on the factory hpfp
1 for the exit of the factory fuel cooler - if the factory cooler is kept

I chose to delete the factory cooler.
So I used the supplied line splice on the factory flexible return line that's before the cooler.

Here's were the T fitting comes into play.

I removed the hard plastic cover on the wiring and routed the wires under the regulator.

Overview

Impression :

Top notch kit with all the right parts and flexibility to fit a wide array of setups.
It's functional, has that custom look, yet simple to install.

I'm going to try out using the radiator that was for the coolant for the VGT and fuel cooler as my fuel cooler.

Keeping it mounted in same place, off the driver side of the intercooler, and running the return through it then back to the tank.

Got some adapters that can be taken apart so I can remove lines in sections if needed.

Hope it works out

Final installation is now complete.
Figured I'd add the fully completed pics to this thread.

Also big thanks to Steve at AP, absolute performance,
he hooked me up with a steal of a deal on this kit.

Yes, I am running the return through the vgt coolant radiator.
I don't know how it's doing yet.....truck isn't back on the road yet.

But it seems like it should do fine.
I pulled a line off the cooler with the LP pump running and it had a surprising amount of flow.

How long did it take you to install this setup?

Not very long at all.
But I also had a fare amount of stuff removed from the truck.

Definitely not as quick as it would be probably with your fuel bowl delete.

I don't think there's another kit out there that will install as fast as yours.

Well as long as it flows well I don't see why it wouldn't work. Did u clean it out somehow? Mine has a lot of deposits in it and I was worries about running the fuel through it by I imagine as long as it's the return it'll be fine since it'll run through the fass on the way back to the motor. Did u remount a fuel temp sensor?

The factory front mounted cooler works well. We usually just start with new one though. Less than $100.

The pump supply lines are pre-made stainless braided -6 an. Same size as we have on all our other trucks we build fuel systems with. Including our pull truck.

The pics and install look great!! Hope your enjoy!!

For less then a 100 I would of just replaced it.
I figured they would of been like 200.

I just sprayed a bunch of 3M contact cleaner in it.
Then blew it out with an air compressor.
Then attached it to the nozzle of a fuel tank witch I then ran over 100 gallons of diesel thru it while filling up some equipment.

Figured that would be good enough lol.

Question,

Did you leave the electronic pump intact and functional or did you delete? If its not a problem, could you snap a few pictures of the cooler hose routing?

I would imagine you'd have to remove the electric pump because it doesn't run full time. So with it still in place, and not running means the fuel will deadhead there. Plus the rubber hose from the outlet of the pump to the inlet of the cooler is not rated for fuel anyway, so you'd basically need all new lines to and from the cooler either way
