This may seem a little weird to you, but I would change out the thermostats, ideler wheels, and belt tensioner while you have it all apart. Also if you don't have the updated radiator houses with the two O-rings in them, now would be a good time to take care of this. May also want to replace the belt on your a/c system as well. Easy to do now while it is all apart. Its not fun to do any of these later if you have to.

Agreed, we have the cab in the air on my brothers 6.4 right now and we are replacing all the small things like you mentioned.. Might as well do it while its easy to get to. LOL

Gearheads tunes, if you don't already have em.

Definitely some sort of built trans w/DPC or RCD converter

Take a look at the rocker arms for wear.

Very nice build. Should be a fun - fast - DD setup.
Very nice

I have a gearheads tunes. I wonder if I will need another tune for the duel fuelers, 60% nozzles?

If you have Morgan build your Trans I'm sure it'll get some RCD converter love. Would recommend doing all hard parts in the Trans with an aermet input since you'll be over 800 on fuel and since we talked about potential giggly gas

Kick ass build Adan

If he gets our trans it will receive the full array of billet parts, all new solenoid and valve body and every other parts that goes into the competition trans. We've talked about the different converter options as well. It's up to Adan what he ends up doing. So far it looks to be a screamin street machine.
