Am I having a PATS issue?

So haven't been able to Crank my truck for a few days now and I'm trying to figure out why.

My PATS light stays solid for about 3 seconds when I turn the key to "on" but goes away.

Still can't Crank the truck but hoping to make sure before I take it to the dealer to have them reprogram the keys.

i sure think so. it's directly related to key ignition if it will bump start .

So off to the dealership hooray.

Mike can I just bypass the PATS? Also new to Colorado, will the dealer care about my mods if I have no warranty concerns.

Just got done at the dealer. Keys reprogrammed but didn't fix the problem

Did u work on the truck before it went into this mode? Or did it.just go into the mode?

The day before I had installed a tuner, exhaust and CAI. Truck ran fine the rest of the day, I left the tuner on all night so I jumped it in the morning. It started one more time after that but I have been having issues ever since

like I mentioned in your other post, if it was pats your truck would not start by jumping it.

Do you have remote start?
