I went round and round with this until I had them register my trailer as a Camper so it doesn't matter the registered weight but then you don't get permanent tags and have to pay yearly like the truck.

Hell, i just renewed my trailer for 5 years, cheaper than doing it yearly by almost fifty bucks. My truck being a one ton i get hit every year though....

That's a big ass trailer, I think you need a bigger truck.

Truck is an F-450 rated for what 32k? I bet the trailer is under 32k. Trailers big, but I think the truck is just fine.

It's an extra tall trailer so I think that makes it seem super big.

Little mulch, about 18,000lbs behind the truck including the trailer, truck towed it like a champ, it was on the overloads tho, i didn't even order that much mulch but they over loaded it. 25640 was my total combined weight with the truck. I think some air bags are in my future.

What ya hauling in that monster?

Mostly aluminum and carbon on 4 wheels :toast: Little bit of that old stuff called steel sometimes too.

Ya she is a little big, it's the height as mentioned that makes the truck look tiny. Rated at 24k so easily do-able, I've towed it loaded with 3 and she loves the weight even in the mountains but I'm looking into a rig upgrade before winter comes around.
