I think your details say the kit is for 99-16? Maybe your original post needs editing?

PMF traction bar sets are all the same 99-16 according to their website. So they will fit your 15 with one minor exception. 11-16 unbolt nuts are on bottom instead of top. You would need to purchase PMF traction mount for bottom nuts or buy round ubolts and PMF adjustable ubolt plates to be able to flip your ubolts around.
