What would it take single turbo wise with supporting mods to make 900, fuel only in a 6.4? I'm looking for 900 on fuel, and a one time run of 1100 on spray. What does it really take?

He claims its fine on the street with good tuning, but if you come across videos of big single truck a they don't seem to make boost until 2000-2500rpm

09 F250 CCSB Tuned by Eric, Trans built by Craig at MPD, DPC 13' Converter, MPD S476 Single,100% MPD Inj., Colt Stage 2 cam, RCD Dual Fuelers, ARP's,20X12 Fuel Mavericks, fuel only 11.31@120 11.05@124 on a small shot, 911hp on fuel

straight from his sig.

If i were going to shoot for 900 and 1100 with a single on spray i would....

All of the basic mods (shouldn't have to tell you if you're wanting to go high hp)
ported heads
ported intake
stg 2 cam
rods
pistons
dual fuelers
100% nozzles
s476 turbo
trans built to max
2200+ stall converter

pretty much mikes setup

Mine started to make boost at 1550rpm. So don't take everything from the videos as true. Every truck is different.

I have ridden in the truck a few times, as matt said...don't believe everything you see on the videos on you tube....his truck has pretty good street manners.

First off my truck is a manual. So if that's any better or not idk. But I didn't like the way it drove with the big single. That's why I switched over to big twins. But at the time it was a Borg S475 with batmowheel in it. 60% nozzles dual pumps intake manifold and MPD exhaust manifolds. Plus other supporting mods. But the big thing was the GH tune I had in it. It drove great. Now with the twins I'm running RCD. But that's a different story.

Is there a reason you want a hand shaker with 900hp? I love rowing the gears too but unless it's going to be a sled puller I don't really see the point.

Also big single and a manual probably isn't a good setup (unless pull truck) probably want something that could pick up really fast after shifting gears like a max power vgt setup.

With a hand shaker you can skip the 8k your going to need to dump into the trans and pump it into the motor. I know nobody wants to shift and an auto is nice to drive but it's easier on the budget. Just my .02
