Code p2263 turbo/ boost performance?

590KPA on EBP is high for idle, or anything for that matter, thats 85 PSI more so for a 100.75KPA MAP.
Check the wiring. Pull the connection apart in for the EBP sensor as a starting point. Then I would start checking continuity back to the computer.

Pigtail to the EBP sensor had a broken wire inside the insulation. Good to go!
