Try to put power to it with a power probe. If it doesn't come alive then I would replace it

Forgot to update this
fuel cooler/P008C problem is fixed found some corrosion on the pigtail connector pins and on the fuel cooler pump pins. pump tested bad. New pigtail and new fuel cooler pump from ford and P008C is gone and the temps are back to normal.
