Anyone running 38/13.50r20 on a 20x10 -24? What lift are you guys running, will 4.5" do? I have searched and searched but can't find a whole lot of pictures or info. Some say they run 37s with a level on a 350 and it clears fine. Could they run on a 20x9 0 offset? Any help appreciated.

I ran 38x15.5x20 20x10 -18 for 8 years on my last truck that was a 06 ccsb with 10.5" lift. My current truck is a 08 ccsb with lift currently set at 11" and 38x15.5x22 on 22x10 -13. I have lots of wheelwell space but could stuff a tire right into a fender if I wanted. Not saying 4.5" of lift and 38s can't be done, but you would need either cut out fender flares or 6+" lift.

As said, it can be done with 4.5 but with major trimming (like the Bushwacker cutout flares). Ive been running 38.5x14.5r20s on -19mm with 7" icon coils, light trimming (from back when I ran 2.5" lift and 37x13.5s) for a few years now. With a good bump while turning you will still catch the low side of the fender. If you have fender flares that will take some clearance away too unless you trim them, but that usually looks like garbage. At the very least though I wouldn't go less than 6" lift, especially if the truck ever goes off road once in a blue moon.
