Anyone ever get this? Only gets it when I try to use my DashDAQ and than the monitor shuts off. Truck won't restart until the code is cleared, runs fine. Just runs the fan constantly while the code is present. Clear the code while driving and the fan stops.

Unplug Head Unit , does problem go away ?

if yes - replace the cable and obd block
if no - check vehicle wiring for shorts .
