Well the time has come. Ole gurl has been abused enough. 54k miles with multiple track passes, street abuse and towing with the 369sxe on my hottest tune! Trans is still holding decent and no holes in the block, so it's time for some upgrades.
-R&R rods
-Coated and cut pistons
-Midwest cam, forged push rods, springs and retainers
-ARP head and main studs
-Ported heads and manifolds
-Dual fuel
-100% overs
-488sxe feeding the 369sxe in the valley
-Trans built in house. RevMax quad disk converter

We shall see how it goes! Still waiting on a few parts! HUGE thanks to Mikey and Jared at Midwest

Why the Rev max over the new suncoast? Just wondering. I don't know much about converters for 6R's anyway

WE don't but I do. I've built quite a few over the years.

Why not? I like trying new options so I can offer comparisons.
Fair enough. I just thought maybe there was a technical reason that made one better than the other or something.

Everyone is coming out with big compounds and I'm here like "Got me some stainless valve stem caps. Sh1ts getting serious"
Yeah I'm in the same boat. When I go and fill fuel, I put the premium diesel in and say yep, you could say the build is getting pretty serious right about now.

So the motor is shot already? I'm at 83k and I've abused it probably worse lol. Never leaves the race tune.

Angle of the ball cap? And degree of slope on the bill...?

Haha

Hey what's the realistic time frame on this build?? Curious.
