zf6 swap issues

Got a buddy thats got a late 99. a shop out of kentucky did a half assed swap for him. they have a push button rigged up for the starter im trying to get it back to turning over with the key. other than turning over everything elses is good as far as i can tell its got the manual harness on it unsure about the pcm. what do i need to look for/do to get this to the way it should be? new to this on a sd.

Clutch switch.
I bet it still has the auto trans harness on it and it is looking for a neutral safety switch.

Where is the switch at on a sd i know the obs one is right above the gas pedal

when I done my swap the clutch safety switch and key switch wouldn't work until I hooked two terminals together on the extra connecter that was plugged into the auto wiring harness but not used with the manual wiring harness

the connectors im talking about are on the inner fender well under master cylinder cant remember which terminals on the connector that I hooked together but could try to find out if u need me to
