Bogs/low power when cold

Need a little help here guys this one has me scratching my head at the moment, I have a stock 04 F250 6.0 that bogs down and has no power when cold. It has these parts have been replaced,

FICM
Oil Change with Rev-X
Blue Spring mod (fuel pressure 60-65)
EGR Valve welded closed (for testing)

Only codes now are for the EGR Valve.

That would be my guess as well. Does it have any kind of a rough idle cold?

It's not misfiring on any exact cylinder, but more of them all. (IDS power balance test)

Would bet injs

White haze when it bogs, smells like fuel and High pressure oil goes up then drops and holds and does not increase.

Replaced all 8 injectors, now runs like a champ.
