well the module would run you $300 w/exchange (core $300) but as for the programming that is done when the unit is in the vehicle.

Looks like Im gonna end up needing 12 more lifters for the 06 6.0 as well as prices on:

Rear cover gasket
Front main seal
Rear main seal
Upper and lower oil pan gasket
Camshaft

if the wiring works between radios then the unit is $733, if you have sat radio then you will have the antenna and wiring there and need to get a harness at $163 which would be the splitter for the nav and sat. if you dont have sat radio then you would need the antenna and harness which would run you $103.
