Cruise/ABS/Brake issue

My OBS is causing me some headaches here recently.

Few weeks back I'd hit a bump, and both ABS and Brake light display would pop up on my dash. Sometimes when that would happen id lose cruise, sometimes not.
Turn the truck off, it seems to reset itself.
Here recently it did it again, but this time I have no Cruise control at all. And when I turn off the key it won't reset itself again.

Could it be a rear speed sensor. Brake pressure switch indicator ?

97 F350 SRW

Vss in rear diff.
Cruise cutout switch on the master. (This one is the recall fix)
Then there's the fluid level sensor.
Any of those can cause the light to come on.

Fluids full.
I'll start with the rear speed sensor since it's the cheapest

Check if there is an ABS code.

I figured I'd get it scanned tomorrow after work before I buy a speed sensor

I haven't had a chance to scan it yet. But this morning the truck had neither lights displayed early on. Then closer to work both lights came on but I still had cruise.
Confusing me more and more
