for dual fuelers? good or bad points of both? i saw a video of the installed diesel dr. one and it looks to be pretty simple. i cant find anything on the elite. any opinions of users would be great. does one perform better than the other or anything? less headaches? the diesel dr. is way cheaper though. and someone on the many posts i just read said it required a dual alternator setup? is that true?

Elite, they are a sponsor, good product that many run on this site. Also elites dual fuelers are on sale right now check out there vendor section.

Also I think the other kind is out of business... No bueno for warranty...

I called diesel dr. the other day. They didn't sound out of business to me seeing as how they answered the shop phone number. I have no experience with either company but to say someone is out of business if you don't know for certain is a low blow.

Elite. Diesel DD's kit looks cheap and they don't have a reputable name. I'd rather go with a trusted proven company when it comes to my truck

I've had my share of issues w/ sponsors so that being touted as a reason for purchase weighs neigh with me.

Its great they are a sponsor and I've dealt w/ neither so I cannot say info about any personal issues HOWEVER, i'm into week wait time into info request from one of your other sponsors. They gave an initial response, I replied back requesting more info and here I wait... like crickets in the dark I wait for a reply from a sponsor...... And, that sponsor has been on the boards, multiple times throughout the week....

Nope I got a picture of a local paper with lubeowners going out of business sale, shortly after he quit paying his membership.

I agree that not all vendors customer service is the best, me personally I would rather see money spent on someone who makes this site run...so you can ask questions like this...

Im going to go with a company that makes my truck run and I feel they can do the job. Makes it easier when I dont have to overpay. I understand about following sponsors but all companys are not going to be a sponsor. Just my $.02

That's fair I can't make anyone purchase anything from anyone in particular on just stating my opinion.

To the OP rcd also makes a fuel fueler kit using a cp3 pump

I'd go with elite...its a great kit with an easy install...it's a top notch kit that a lot of people run...if you ever have an issue a lot of people know the ins and outs to help...and they will be around if any warranty issues do arise
