Hey guys I am new to tuning my truck with MCC and am just wondering what actually changes with the shift on the fly? Is it strictly injector duration or does timing and boost etc change as well?
EOM 0 and Temp 1 is normal operating conditions from what I have gathered.
Dzchey21, did you self tune your 64mm streetmax? I am thinking about going with that turbo and would like to tune it myself.
Does anyone know what the boost pressure as a function of torque and engine speed does? Do we ever need to change it? It doesn't look as though h&s has changed it.
I am having some issues with my trans tuning. I reduced the target overall slip time on all shifts and on my tune (higher pulsewidth then performance) I am having a serious clunk on 6-5 downshift. SHould I raise the torque convertor lock up on 5 and 6?
Thanks for the info guys! I heard the borg warner turbos can't handle the quick spooling 6.7's so i am assuming H&S has the 360 degree thrust bearing in them? Anybody know what size turbine wheel it is? I was looking at elites kit and they use a precision 6466 which has a 64mm compressor and 66...
