If it’s 0v koeo, you need to start chasing wiring. One should have 5v, the other 2 should have continuity to the pcm. One will be signal return, which is internal pcm ground, the other is signal, which is basically where the resistance of the sensor is at at the given pressure. Other question...- 6.0 Tech

The p0046 is for the vgt actuator, the 67x codes are glow plugs. Seems like there’s a lot of shit going on here. Check the harness where it runs under the turbo. Is it kinda fuel knocky and real rough? Check your eot sensor. I’ve had quite a few that had broken lock tabs on them, and while I was doing a turbo or something it comes unplugged and runs terrible. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk- 6.0 Tech

An, ok. The pump should just have 2 or 3 bolts that hold it to the lower fan shroud. Disconnect the hoses from it, yank it out. If you’re ditching the radiator for it too, that’s 1 bolt, and lift it up, it’ll slide out of the trans cooler or condenser bracket it’s slid into. Then pull the hoses...- 6.0 Tech

Dana 60 front axle u-joints?
Not at all. Wrench on a ring gear bolt towards the top of the housing, and a pry bar on a bottom tooth of the ring gear and it will kinda roll out. Dana 60 front axle u-joints?
Yeah, there are inner axle seals inside the axle tubes. They’re kind of a pain in the ass. Requires pulling the carrier, and I’ve only done it with the tool from ford, but I’m sure there’s a way to South African engineer it to install the new seals Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk- 6.0 Tech
