Not trying to get at anything other than some oils dont work so well in PSDs. I disagree with your statement about synthetics not aerating, case and point was said amsoil dist. personal truck. Nice I used to have an amsoil rep bring his truck in every month without fail with the same issue. His truck would not run the long drain intervals,he would argue every time. I run the Valvoline diesel oil I use the dino version I change it at 3500 miles. I have delo in it right now. I need to get my sample and send it off. I quit using rotella due to it being crap by about 3000 miles. They changed the formula several yrs. back it shears pretty bad ,there is an oil...- Aljay

4r100 into OBS what needs to be changed?
I have had a 4r100 in my truck since 06 only thing done to it was pump mods PI converter and a few VB mods (SONNAX parts) truck shifts like I want it to. All the naysayer crap about sensors and repining is just that crap. Im still running a TDE 1 processor ! This truck has had Dp tuners on it...- Aljay

SRP1 hot idle and engine noise.
People are not replacing the steel backers thats just dumb and asking for issues. Thats like me not putting the backer on some of the hydraulic parts I build daily, jeeze id get my butt in a heap of trouble,those backer rings are there for a reason.- Aljay
