Thanks. I've been trying to figure out how to squeeze a 4" intake tube in there. I found a piece of dryer vent that was 4" to give me a idea of what bends I need to buy and the clearances I'll have.
Why would they leak? They seal on the flat surface on the other side of the bead. The bead just keeps it from slipping off. I did the alumn piping in my car 2 years ago but it only sees 18psi.
Built the boost tubes today. Learned a little trick of using wire crimpers to make a bead on the ends.
I ended up trimming them to allow it to work even better. Great for someone who builds boost tubes, coolant lines, ect at times.

I did mange to play with the drive lines recently and through 23" wheel travel it has 1.5" of plunge. Not bad. Also got the superduty intercooler...
I have these from a job that went south. Put them in and found a broken piston and pulled them back out. Maybe 15min of time on them. They're allisnt power injectors. The only brand I'll use or recommend. They cost 205$ ea with a core. I'll sell these for 100$ ea shipped (U.S.) without a need...
