    Little off subject but my wife sold her 14 passat tdi back a few months ago for $1600 less than she bought it new. She hated to sell it back but for what they gave her it would have been stupid to keep it. Also just got a check from Bosch for $350. This vw just keeps racking the cash in lol.

    6.0 Cab Bolts

    Just goffing around you can have the cab up in 3 hours. Worst part is getting that heavy ass back seat out to access rear bolts. I could see where it might be a pain if the truck has been in the rust belt it's whole life. Cab up makes it so nice and it's much easier on the old back lol.

    Killed with gas

    My father in law put gas in his and it ran till he cut it off. Wouldn't refire. After draining it and refilling with diesel it ran but barely. The gas killed 3 injectors and the rest followed a few thousand miles later.

    It was cheap. Surprisingly the king ranch interior is in pretty nice shape and the inside of the bed doesn't look like it ever hauled much of anything.

    Thinking of building a mostly dedicated drag truck. Picked this 03 up for $2800. It had a little fender bender but runs and drives great. Has 250,000 miles on it. Is a 03 model worth doing a build on or should I look for 05+?

    If you have AE just command the veins closed then open you will hear a change in the exhaust sound. If no change the veins are stuck.

    Had one in shop while back that ran fine right off the bottom but a dog in the mid and high range. Hooked up my AE and it was building way to much boost right off the bottom and at cruising speed?the veins where stuck in the turbo. Cleaned the turbo and it ran perfect.

    I bought a mishimoto for my 06 6.0 cause my stock radiator had an ever so slight leak where tank crimps to core. Wish I would have left it in there.     That sucks. I don't know why people do these things. If you say your going to do something do it and if you screw up make it right even if it comes out of your pocket and if you don't have the cash to make it right you shouldn't be running a business. Hope you get your truck going soon.

    Loss of oil pressure at idle.

    There's always a little metal on the magnet but is very fine. Pull the oil filter and look at it.
