Changed 4 injectors on driver side, took awhile to crank but got it started, runs real good but now every time I go and crank it up it takes a good while to start?

I started it up and for about 10 mins it ran smooth than started acting up again...still have bubbles in fuel bowl so must be a injector issue

Bone stock 2006 6.0 long block, motor has 92k miles..comes complete with turbo intercooler wire harness torque converter and PCM only thing missing is ficm...$2500obo possible trades....located in Pembroke GA

Ok yall so bought truck about 1 month ago haven't really messed with it as far as maintenance goes because I've been trying to trace this problem....I went to do a oil change yesterday and found my truck has a relocated oil filter inside bumper with a air cooled oil cooler from bulletproof.com...
Egr cooler is deleted the egr valve is still there and hooked up....should I use a programmer and delete egr out system ?
