They are from a 2008 and yes they will fit a 2007. I had them in my 2005 before I decided to have some custom ones made. The slots where the factory clips clip into need to be elongated to slide them down so that the gap at the bottom goes away. The pic posted above is them in my 2005.

Personally the Alpine CarPlay radio is a little clunky to me. The Pioneer AppRadio IMO is much smoother.

To add to @Zmann you can also go with Firstech Compustar products along with the Drone mobile phone app with arm / disarm/ remote start and GPS tracking. You can arm and disarm it from the door mounted keypad too if you wanted.
