I'm not really sure, I went and looked at another guys on my Instagram page and his are the same way, not built by the same builder either

They aren't perfectly lined up, I guess that's the way they had to be mounted in the headlight or just the way he mounted them I'm not sure.

Does anyone know what this part is under the front of my truck behind the valance? I had a wreck back at the end of march, got my truck back and realized they didn't fix this. I also have discovered an oil leak since I got it back. Any ideas?
