If you did the upgraded pressure spring and some 6.4 or drilled banjos with the right tuning you'd be fine. Upping to an airdog while your at it will only help
I'm guessing you weigh around 7850-8000. I'd say your between 550-575rwhp,which sounds about right. You'll have to weigh the truck with you in it to get a dead accurate number.

These things have done wonders for the cummins crowd...I have no doubt they would make a big difference for keeping HG failures in check even on a street truck.

I seen one a while back that was bending push rods and popping rockers on the same cylinder, was also in a school bus. I think they blamed it on a sticking valve/valve guide.
