The was rebuilt. He did the flow tests. The only last things I can think are is get a new trans cooler and pull the intercooler off and pressure wash it out. Maybe there is not enough air flow.

Do you think it would be higher in the pan?
I spoke to Brian from BTS and he said that the deeper pans don't do anything because the pumps don't move the fluid fast enough to circulate it through the cooler and the stock pan is better.

I meant to reply a few days but I noticed that my trans temp sensor was moved from the side of the trans to the built in spot in the mag hytec pan. Could that be the reason why my temps are reading higher?

We hooked up a snap on computer and they were within a few degrees of each other. I even put a brand new radiator in.
My only fear is how hot will it get when I hook a trailer up to it

Update again. Ran the lines through the radiator then the cooler and still running 180* while driving 70-75mph and it was raining and 70* out

Update: just had the trans taken out and partially rebuilt. New clutches and billet triple disc torque converter. Even put a mag-hytech pan on it
