Every time I've seen oil pressure drop at idle it's either been the check valve in the filter housing (missing completely or wrong filter/cap combo) or the sensor itself. I didn't read the entire thread so both of these have suggested already.

Any videos of it yet?

After I studded/******d my 04 6.0, I sold my 97 7.3. Just to end up buying another 7.3 about a year later. My 6.0 has been reliable besides the 5 transmissions I've been through. It's nice always knowing that when my 6.0 breaks my 7.3 will get me where I'm going.

No worries. If I knew you planned on using it with a 369 I'd have tried to talk you out of it. For some reason I thought you were doing a 362. I was in the same boat, sold my vgt set up to get some money together for a trans and swapped the adaptor and a 366 on to get by until I got up pipes...

I'd personally ditch that adaptor you just bought and go with true divided up pipes. I couldn't spool a s366 that great with one. Btw swink, did you get that cover I sold you yet?

Egt's stayed within 800-1100 at 2200ft above sea level. There is a exhaust leak between the 62 and 74 so I'm hoping that Egt's will drop some when I take care of it. I have an small open t3 on my high pressure and I believe there was another member running an open t3 on theirs with good...

Most I've towed on this setup was a foxbody for a friend. Somewhere in the 6k range if I had to guess.

I've seen the check valve in the bottom of the filter housing fall out causing no oil pressure at idle but as soon as you throttle it will show pressure. Just an idea.

What turbos are you running? I was thinking of swapping to 285s and a bigger compressor wheel on my low pressure when I get a trans.

I would remove exhaust cooler, install new oil cooler/flush coolant, stc, clean the turbo. Then get custom non-studded tunes. I've ran the spd (TSD), xtreme x (IDP), and srl (GH) all with different setups. My favorite power was xtreme x, favorite trans strategy was srl. I wasn't happy with spd personally.
