Nice looking t4 kit with the 364 5

I do think that is the nicest kit out there. My downpipe with the CSD kit never fit right and and CSD sent a replacement, but it isn't right either. So I am luke warm on the CSD setup.

AD or AC Injectors with T4

Don't run the 1.0 housing, it's laggy on the street and the .91 does fine for EGT. A 363 may be a better choice.

    205/30 T4 s369 vs s364.5

With 238/100's I would believe the 366 is a better match, probably the 369 would be a good match also. The .91 housing does improve responsiveness too FWIW.

    205/30 T4 s369 vs s364.5

I ran the 366 and the 364. The 364/366 with the same turbine spool up very similar to each other with a slight advantage tot he 364 but we're talking very close. After spooling up, the 364 is much more responsive to the throttle but lacks the mid range and top end of the 366. In towing, the...

True on that particular issue. I beveled that area out with a die grinder to make it work.

I wouldn't think the 205 would be much different on spool up. Both injectors make about the same HP and the nozzle is smaller too.

364.5 vs 366 SXE for my truck?

The 364.5 is a great turbo for most normal uses. FWIW, the little one is more responsive and drives great with small injectors.

If at all possible, run a T4, way better than a 38R. I ran one for a couple years before it started puking oil out the exhaust and changed to a T4. Best turbo for these trucks by far. I'd choose a stock turbo with the RiffRaff billet wheel that I had before the 38r. My truck is a DD and...

364.5 vs 366 SXE for my truck?

I've run both on my truck with my 175/80's and towed a lot with them. With the large turbine version of the 364.5 and .91, both turbo's spool very similar from stand still. The 364 *MIGHT* be a little quicker. Once under boost, the 364.5 is much more responsive to throttle input. Daily...

    S366sxe

Ran one for a while. About the same spool as a 364.5 both with .91 AR. Definitely get the .91. Has more midrange and top end than the 364.5 but is less responsive under boost. With the 30% nozzles you could go with either depending on your driving goals.

    160/30 injectors real world reviews

PHP has the best trans strategy but uses too much pulse width. I've run PHP, geerhead, 1023 and now jelibuilt. So far with apparently crummy PIS nozzles, jelibuilt seems to be the best. Trans still not as good as PHP though. I take it you stuck with 80% nozzles?

    160/30 injectors real world reviews

Timely info on PIS 175/80... Yeah, mine have been smokey from Day 1 and I've had many tune revisions. The latest tunes I just got seem to be the best overall, but they're still hazy/smokey. i haven't had any issues with the running of the injectors though. Engine starts great and runs/idles...

    PIS 175/80 7.3 Injectors

These were purchased New (not remans) March 2016 and have 47K miles on them. They are still in the truck, and am interested in an injector change so gauging selling interest. 1/2 price at $1,200 shipped. These run well, very smooth idle in my truck and really good power, but now that I'm at...

    T4 questions

I would never suggest a 38R to anyone. Had one, noisy as hell, poor low to mid-range and then had surge with it that caused it to lose oil out the exhaust. Went to T4 and it is 10 fold the better charger. Could LIVE tuning have helped, probably, but the T4 had none of the problems with the...

    Tuners

I've run PHP, geerhead, 1023. 1023 are the best for me. PHP uses too much PW so the tunes are much smokier than 1023 and I thought geerhead was pretty much a complete mess so I never use those. I'd love some live tuning but am starting to believe the stage 2 A code injectors from PIS may be...
