    Another upper pan leak.

I should have probably left mine alone. I really did not want them tearing my trans out for a silly leak. But, who knows how much worse it would get.

    Oem rods, upgrade date

Would the replacement rod number based off of my vin designate what was in it upon build or just supersede?

    Oem rods, upgrade date

I cannot find the link to where i saw this, but it was a reference date when i searched the part numbers of the old and new rods. Of course that was a year ago. I will try to find that and post a link later today. I may just call my parts guy at the dealer and give him my vin to see which rod...

    Oem rods, upgrade date

I have read about the change in rods around january of 2016 production. The photos of the upgraded rods seem substantial. Is the January date based of engine production or truck production date? My truck is a January 2016 production. I think 2nd week. Thanks yall

    Another upper pan leak.

They did a pretty good job, no more leak. I just hope it lasts now. I would hate to see the cost if it was not under warranty.

    Another upper pan leak.

I called my advisor back. They do have some strange rules and outlines. I would want the oil and filter changed to prevent contamination either way. I just found it very odd that they would cover over $50 in oil but not $20 for a filter. I would have guessed it the other way. I just hope i dont...

    Tuning / Intake mileage

Well, with work i dont get to drive my personal truck much. I cannot say that the oem intake made a windfall of change i do see slightly better mileage once the engine is warmed up and under lighter load. Either way i will have to start trying some other tunes. I still have the n-gauge so i do...

    Tuning / Intake mileage

Guys, i have not changed the power level. Simply updated to the latest software which enabled the use of the exhaust brake. I have run the 450hp tunes since i ******d this in November of 16’. Last March i was easily getting 18-19mpg freeway around 40 degree temps. That was on the same tune...

    Tuning / Intake mileage

This i know. That’s why i said, “outside of my normal winter drop”. Haha What i noticed seems to be a decrease beyond just colder weather and winter fuel. It started around the time i updated my patriot tunes.
