Similar set up, as long as you have a good tune your trans should stick around for alittle while. Having the converter and input your ahead of he game but only time will tell.
I've ran GEARHEAD and Innovative as well as a local shops tunes, it's hard to compare but after my turbo and injectors I got the best drivability and performance from IDP tunes. With stock turbo and injectors Matt's tune were a lot more friendly.

I have 20x12 Moto metal 962's with 305-55-20 terra grapplers with only a few thousand miles. I'm trying to find stock 20's 05-07 or 08-10 but if I can't find someone to trade wheels with I may be looking to sell. Where in md are you?
