I found a deal on these turbos but i dont know what there compared to...HELP PLZ

Need a little help with.my 1995 f250 power stroke
Im new to this website and i have a few questions a few people told me to go with the d66 turbo upgrade but should i go bigger ? And what if so with what injectors. I have a 4" down pipe and going to install 2 6"stacks i think. And how do you do custom tuning for chips ? Sent from my LG-LS970...- cagger84
