I had a some spare parts from another truck. The 6 position chip, turbo, and fuel system. The only thing installed was the turbo and I only put 10,000km on it. So I am going to give them a shot and see how they work.

Very little compression on cylinder 7

Ok it looks like I found the culprit, 2 bent push rods on cylinder 7. What should my next steps be? Compression test? Then pull injector and have a peak? Rockers are not cracked everything looks good there. Any suggestions or direction would be great thanks.

Would this be intermittent or would it do it all the time? Cause this does it randomly. Only sputter and coughs when idling. Runs perfect when on the throttle.

Finally had time off to get the truck in to Have the fuel tables reset and it worked great for the hour trip home and the half hour idling. Shut it off for the afternoon went to fire it back up and same problem sputtering cylinder 2 contribution/misfire. What next? Thanks.

Thanks for the reply! No never reset fuel table. Oops. How is this done? Fuel system is clean. Double checked connection and connector everything was good. Had a quick look at the rocker and never noticed anything out of the ordinary.

I Had one battery that was weak. New battery in and it fired right up no clicking. I guess if a person does hear the clicking and pumps clutch while cranking its possible that it might start. Might work for other manuals as well.

Ok but when I pump the clutch and then the noise goes away and it will usually start after that.

The shim looks like it is out of the passenger side in between the bearing and the ring gear housing, pinion seems to b tight in there but I am no diff expert.
