    I am not sure that the actuator is the culprit. I think it has something good to do with the AC rather than the vacuum lines or the doors. Cause no matter what I do to the doors it still blows out cold. I am going to check the actuator wiring like you recommend once I get the cold air issue...

    I tried that truck would crank but not run, but I did figured out the issue. I thought I had checked all the fuses but I missed fuse #22. That fixed all my headaches for now. Thanks.
