Help! Twisted Trans, misplaced bolt pack!

All that was in there was the 8 bolts. I just use the bag with the label as extra layer of bag to put the bolts in. I throw the springs away myself the spring is sent by precision for the pump. It's not needed as your pump is already modified.

Weld Mountain Crushers Hub or Lug centric?

You can use either style lug nuts with welds. I have used stock lug nuts and acorns. I mostly run the acorns with them because I don't run centercaps.

10 or 12 inch width wheels on OBS?

Going to want 2 inch spacers for rear axle to make it even with the front axle width as well.

You should specify what year truck, after 05 your gonna have another 2 inches sticking out than previous years due to increased axle width on the coil sprung front ends.
