Well on another thread I put up asking for shocks suggestions I ended up going with Fox with the reservoir for my truck and the popping went away thanks to everyone who posted to help me out.

Are the 6.7 powerstroke badges seperated like the 6.7 is not connected to the actual powerstroke rectangular badge?

I am assuming you checked shorted together and ohmed out to ground with those as well right? making sure your grounds are good is another like the post at the back of the intake.

What shocks have yall found that you like and disliked? I believe its time for mine to be replaced. I have been looking at bilstein 5100 and 5800. My truck has the leafs up front and back and seems to have a 2.5" lift leveling kit. I dont want to put crap parts in it but I definitely dont need...

7.3s are reliable but as we all know every engine has its issues. 7.3s with some money they can be quite astounding trucks for performance. with that being said 6.0s can be just as reliable but you cant skimp on maintenance with it. they like clean oil and fuel filters every other oil change...

It probably is not the best for it. If you have a way to watch each injector that would be the best way to tell if its just one but it definitely sounds like one is on its way out or is having stiction issues.

IS this the 04 with icp on passenger side valve cover or on the hpop cover? depending on what stays after clearing the codes could be the ICP pigtail or the No 5 Injector

sounds like an injector going out most noticeable and great to check it is to swap it with an injector with no codes. but im sure a couple of the guys on here can give you more advice
