    I've got a stock injector truck (SXE turbo) with 3.73s and 35s. In third gear at 61 MPH Im turning 2200 RPMs. POWER and EGTS are GREAT. If I shift to 4th, RPMs fall to 1750 and about 68 MPH.     Allen You are making the right move going to the SXE. We put an SXE in my father in law's dually with 4.10 (stock tires...not sure what 295 tire you are running) and he followed me to Colorado this year towing his 13K toy hauler. He did everything in 4th gear with EGTs at 1100 degrees in a 40HP...

    I tried a KC and it was a hot mess. Went to a T4/SXE setup with stock injectors, 35s and EGTs don't exist. Worth every penny.

    I know of 3 folks that dont run the bracket on the back of the Y and regularly Boost over 30 and 40 pounds. I found it easiest to leave the bracket off until the Y is in then install the bracket.

    Good point on Manual vs Auto. All the times I mention above were with an auto transmission.

    Having done 5 installs with Carson's kit, I've found that its easiest to put the up pipes in first and position them to the drive side and lift the passenger side up. This gives all the room in the world for the down pipe to go in. Then bolts the up pipes in, turbo etc and you are home free...

    I saw your videos. But I still stand by what I posted above. Lets see what this does when you start towing an RV/Cargo trailer in the 10K+ range in the hills at 1800-2100 rpms and lets see how it manages EGTs. We know what a BW SXE will do...Let see what a cloned drop in turbine will do.
