Are you sticking with the 155's for the 68mm? I'm not sure they'll be enough for that turbo. I'm by no means an expert though, just asking.

I'm not completely sure and have wondered the same. I recently had a local salvage yard quote me $1700 for both axles, suspension, and all necessary parts.

A better option might be SolidWorks. I have very little experience with it but it seems that is a good mechanical design and 3D software program. We used it in college so I'm not sure about what it would cost to get a personal version.

I'm very interested in this. I've been running 205's with a regulated return for a while with no issues. I'd just like to do this before stepping up my turbo. Part of the problem now becomes accessing the top of the fuel tank in my Excursion.

What lift do you have on the excursion?

I too am interested in this. Especially at altitude where my daily driving is ~5300 ft, track is at 5800, and mountain passes exceed 8000. The results thus far are definitely impressive.
