Dealer should have it in stock. Same thing happened to me.

Mine ran fine with basic H&S tunes without the VGT disabled. Just throws a check engine light for it not being plugged in. A single tune will run better but it def made power. What turbo setup you running?

Billet wheel s366 .91 with polished housing. 600 obo located in nj

Well turns out the air filter was a cheaper cold air box and the filter had collapsed and was blocking it. That in turn caused low boost but not before also burning up the turbo... Weird these dont have a filter minder and those fuel PIDs threw me off, So now the truck has a 2015 turbo on it...

What was the reason for rad replacement? But it Sounds like an air pocket in the system. Make sure its bled perfect...only way i fill coolant now is with a vacuum filler. Worth every penny.

Should be able to just adjust tire size setting until you get a mph that is correct by using gps to verify. No way to specifically adjust based off of gearing as far as i know.

Dont use green coolant use an ELC coolant such as rotella elc or peak elc made for tractor trailers and bigger trucks. And a hot flush opens up the thermostat inside which lets all of the fluid get flushed inside the torque converter.

Sounds like it went into regen right away. Being at the dealer it probably only got short quick drives without warming up and needing to go into regen, but the test drives were too short to really clean the filter out. Take the truck back and put some miles on it and see what happens
